Do you think maybe the coach is using his subtle take on "peer
pressure" to get the locker room cleaned up? Unreconstructed coaches
do compassionate stuff like this all the time ... there's nothing
like a sadistic control freak coach to instill the love of
competition in youngsters. (Bobby Knight comes to mind. Is Texas
Tech near Alvin?)
