Been on the road and have not had a chance to check Ken's use of statement in blog or Jim's response.

Two very quick comments:
I should be more careful: what I sent should be probably be called something like 7 forms of action to reform the federal role in education (cannot assume now that folks know NCLB is current version of ESEA - or I could use that term, as at times the NEA does). By 'reform NCLB' FairTest means "overhaul federal law."

People don't remember or follow 20 points. Therefore, for PR purposes, better to consolidate and or select the ones you think are most important. The 20 points are good ones, I think.
