Re: Jay Greene opines at WSJ
I was stunned, too. Greene usually writes in a calm voice and in the debate
I have had with him on charters and the debate he had with Larry Mishel on
graduation/dropout rates, he was Mr. Soft-soft-spoken-nice-guy. Maybe
Arkansas doesn't agree with him, temperament wise.

That's quite a startling piece. Gary Miron (cc-ed) is probably the most
knowledgeable person re the research summary elements. As for the union
issues, I think Greene probably just needs some anger-management counseling.
