a part of the section on the above states, and i quote:

the notion that some schools would require scores like SAT to be submitted
(ie, paid for and taken) ... and publicly say that they are not used in
admission decisions ... merely adds $$$insult to real use injury

has anyone litigated such requirements under those circumstances?
