The National Conference of State Legislators has approved by what I was told was an overwhelming voice vote a resolution opposing national standards. Apparently, the resolution includes much criticism of NCLB (I have not read the resolution). The resolution may end up on NCSL website. Monty Monty Neill, Ed.D.
