Can anyone tell me (quickly) the names of a few private schools in NYC (the more prestigious the better, but any will do) that don't start routine standardized testing until after third grade (or don't test at all)? I need this for an organization I run called the Partnership for Accurate Homeschooling Information (PAHSI). I want to be able to name a few of these schools in a conversation with a Department of Education official, and I don't know many of them off the top of my head. The school switchboards are mostly closed for the summer right now. I called the Parents League of NY, but they're pretty much shut down until September, too. Thanks, Elsa Haas
