Can anyone tell me how to find the exact law that spells out what the options are for restructuring. As I understand it, the superintendant can decide what option to take, including coming up with his or her own plan for improvement. We think it's ridiculous if we are going to be subjected to furloughs or paycuts, yet these providers can still rake in the big bucks. We told this to our negotiator and he said that the superintendant and the board insist that since it is federal money, they have no choice but to use it for these private providers.
