Looks like Keegan lost out to the Superintendent from Houston. Wonder if he
took the test he gives to Houston students?

The Arizona Republic yesterday said that Lisa Keegan was now the #1
candidate for Sec. of Ed (I heard Floyd Flake turned it down).

If she is nominated the let's-make-them-take-the-tests ploy won't work.
While W wouldn't have a prayer, Lisa did take them and passed, although
she just barely got past math.
