I suggest you telephone Delia Pompa or Patricia Loera at Nat Assn of
Bilingual Educators (NABE) in DC at 202-293-7828 (might be 2828). Use my
name, say it is an emergency re: bad VA legislation. Maybe they are
already on it. Try also Raul Gonzalez at Nat Council of La Raza
202-776-1760, he may not be the person there to address this issue but
he can send you to people. Again, use my name.
