Hello Monty and Colleagues:

This is a good example of media coordination. Question: Do you need last
minute stuff, or is it best to go with what you have? A lot of news has
broken during the past eight days from Arizona on the testing stuff. But if
it's just overload at this late date, no bother.

Do you all have everything on the latest from the Arizona Republic? After
losing on her high-stakes stuff earlier with her legislators (and with
schools boards that have been passing resolutions against AIMS), Lisa Keegan
then tried an end run around the Arizona Republic's Freedom of Information
lawsuit by releasing "some" of the AIMS materials.

The Arizona Republic, which is not a radical newspaper, continued its
lawsuit.

I got some of the stuff on that from the Republic's Web site and from the
Arizona education department. Want us to fax it to you or would it just be
overload?

George Schmidt, Substance
