As opposed to Washington State, where their goal is to punish, not help.

As an aside, I had a hysterical conversation with a kindergartner today.
I've long been running down the school they serve in my school's cafeteria.
I mean, it appears that they've even mastered some technique to make it
LOOK as bad as possible. One cafeteria worker told me it's been getting
worse for years. I asked why it LOOKS so disgusting, and she speculated
that they might not be using preservatives(?)

Anyway, a kindergartner came up to me this morning and just started ranting
about the food. He told me he yelled at "the cooker," screaming, "What did
you cook that for?!" He went on and on for some time, saying he won't eat
their food (I think he usually does, though) and expressing his contempt
for the cooker.

If I ever run for public office again, one of my campaign platforms will be
forcing public officials to take high-stakes tests - AFTER eating a lunch
from Rainier View Elementary School.
