Annotated Bibliography from late 1980s is in FairTest's "Fallout from the Testing Explosion," available from FairTest but not on website (see order form on our website www.fairtest.org). My article "State Tests Flunk Test of Quality" on our website (originally in The State Standard) contains a lot of useful references to more recent articles, as does Alfie Kohn's book(s) on testing and standards.

These day I try to make annotated bibliography about high- stakes testing.
Now it's the first step to collect books, data and articles.
Does anybody give me some information about this work? or advice?
