You could probably use any of several Richard Rothstein pieces, if you can
find out what specific isse the editor is trying to address.  He might also
have an article By Stemberg(sp?) or even someone else in mind.  Just saying
"high stakes testing article front page" probably doesn't pin it down
enough.

Rothstein had a column in Jan 24 NYT, perhaps that is the one he had in
mind.
