   Monty dragged himself out of a sick bed (pneumonia from running
around the country helping many of you fight the Bush testing plan as
well as local testocrats) to do NPR's Diane Rehm Show on Monday morning.
Other guests included Lynn Olson of Ed. Week, H.D. Hoover of the Iowa
Test of Basic Schools, and Ron Pieffer of the Maryland Dept. of
Education
