Could use some help here, At a meeting with board members this morning- out of the blue - came from a member the question about tying test results with pay - they were starting to talk about "merit" and other kinds of compensation then this was brought up. Somebodies been reading somewhere. But, we've another meeting tomorrow and, while I have a basic negative believe about this, I could use some help with some quick references that would provide me with some evidence of the drawback and dangers of this kind of "marrage".
