We already use a 2nd grade reading tests here 3rd grade ITBS-- if I'm getting
that right. K and 1st are district/school level, as far as I know. Art can
help me out here. I just know the testing chart is quite ominous. This
district is particularly notorious for testing policy that goes above and
beyond. They even put out an official statement refuting the WASL
resistance, calling the points we made "myths."
