This is the silliest political statement I've read on this list yet. What does "based on other issues" mean? His position on Iraq? On abortion? One thing that should be clear from presidential (or even more local) campaigns is that one cannot extrapolate a position on one issue from a position on another. If that were the case, all the candidates would fall into two groups--those taking a certain position on each and every issue, and those opposed to them on every position. I've seen some questioning of the NCLB from Dean and Kucinic, but I don't recall either one been a very forceful position, but it does not look like either one will matter in the end (certainly not Kucinic). Kerry and Edwards should be of greatest concern (Clark is irrelevant).
