I didn't see anybody post the WSJ article about how schools are fighting to keep their
gifted kids and their test scores instead of sending them to schools with gifted programs. Anybody got it?

I gave up on sending my kid to the middle school gifed program - he was one point short in one score, and 10 pts short in another, and figured chances of getting both in the upcoming ITBS were low, and the gain of hassling sending him to the 2nd closest school at my own transportation time expense wasn't worth it.
