actually George, as you demonstrate in this post, you don't like it when your tactics are used against you, so you change the subject. You are not quite as bad was Art with his one-liners.

The clear intent of your describing Mrs. Heinz Kerry the way you did was to do exatly the same kind of thing done to McCain with his adopted Bangladeshi daugther in SC in 2000. In other words, you were implying playing the race card, and you are being too clever by half.

And yes, Howrad Dean is still my candidate, and yes, i will vote for him tomorrow in the Virginia primary. The press notwithstanding, Kerry is still a very long way from having locked this up. And since you raised the subject, the reason he might not be electable {even though would still win} is because many of Dean's supporters are not trasnferable to him: they are not democrats, but Greens, independents and even Republicans disgusted with Bush over quite a few issues. Yet still Kerry could win because Bush is in a hole and doesn't realzie then when one is there, perhpas he ought to stop digging. it is not the Kerry would win, but that Bush could well lose IF HE IS THE CANDIDAITE which I now make one in five he will not be.

But you will note that your introduction of my not discussing my support of Dean is a totally off-topic reference. No, techincally speaking it is not "ad hominem" in the strictest sense of the word. But it is effectively the same thing.
So let's be candid. You LIKE Bush, and you think it perfectly okay to imply smears of the family members of those candidates running against him. That is positively Rovian, and in fact, it might well qualify you for honorary membership in the white-hooded group.

And btw - I rarely engage in personal invective, but I have a rather strong BS detector, and you've set it off with the way you have participated in this thread. And when I see someone violate the rules of propriety with someone not available to respond, I am likely to respond on their behalf, sometimes with quite a bit of invective or sarcasm. Normally your posts are simply not worth the effort. This tgime was exceptional.

So I make a sugestion - you probably don't want to read my posts, so go ahead and delete them. I however will remain alert for when you do need to be called to account for the kind personal attack you implied with the post to which I originally responded.
