That's possible. It's also possible that they'll throw out questions
that too many children get wrong so that the children from guess who's
state look "smarter" than kids from other parts of the country.
Remember, we're the state who gave everybody an education secretary who
wrote a doctoral dissertation on the response time of football linemen.
Thankfully we still have Molly Ivins, Angela Valenzuela, and Linda
Mcneil. And Walt Haney used to live here. I have to remind myself of
these things so I can hold my head up. It's not easy to brag about being
a Texan these days...
