I've seen it - if not that exact one. The PR effort here in MA by the dept of ed and corporate types and much of the media has been that since the pass rate on the graduation test jumped so much, the testing has been proven right and the problem is solved and we opponents either have or will (and certainly should) go away. We won't, and the problems with the tests and with many schools that need lots more help have not gone away. Monty

I can't get the link on my local paper but Diane Ravitch had a commentary today about MCAS (School Reform: Stay the Course). Seems like we know it is working because the pass rate, she is arising.
