private sector, and the private sector can blame it on their lawyers:

78.  Enron?  Enron who?  And Ron?  Ron Unz, that nut?  The Republican Party
denies any knowledge of having ever talked to Mr. Unz.  We don't even know of
his whereabouts or existence.  For all we know, he could be hiding out in a
cave in Afghanistan.
