It's a whole lot easier for me to get to Albany (only 3 hours away) than Austin. But I have to admit I'm looking forward to Austin. Over the last few years, I have "connected" with all sorts of disparate organizers in Texas. Some of these people are in resister groups of half a dozen. And they are all going to meet on the capital steps. I don't think any of the ones I "know" know each other, but we are all going to meet up in Austin. Someone has been doing powerful organizing in Texas. I'm going to find out how this happened. And hey, I'm going to get to meet Carol, one of the Gabby Moms.
