What in the hell does THIS have to do w/LNCB, Art??? Are you trying to tyell us that the staff in
your district was doing nothing special until this came about? How aften do you sally forth from
your ivory tower and actually work amoung your subjects, my Liege?

I'll bet a dollar to a stale donut that the principal would NEVER attribute this *turnaround* in
his/her school to that seditious piece of legislativew crap!!!	
 So, again! what *evidence* made you perform this attribution?	;-} rap.
