Joe: the court case being held in March concerning Bill Cala's initiative to regain local district
accountability in graduation requirements MAY be a good seque and venue.
It is (hopefully) past the worst chills (-10F in Utica this morn), and it will be after we have met
in Plattsburg.
WhaddYaThink? a good performance opportunity to not only highlight our cause, but to bring attention
to Bill's case, as well. No? ;-} rap.
