You can complain to the principal.
You can complain to the central office.
You can complain to the Board.
You can organize other parents.
You can complain to the school or district accountability
committee.
You can complain to the newspaper.
And, in many districts, you have at least a possibility of a
within district transfer to another school.
In my experience working with districts--have you ever?--these
levels of complaints have an impact.
In the private sector, you can take your business elsewhere
only if there's another business which gives you some reason
to think it's better. And if it's not better, you're probably
shit out of luck.
