I doubt that this will see much ink. For one thing, it just affirms NCLB. Not news. For another ALEC is not a high-profile operation. I'm a little surprised at the press release and wonder if it is an indication of how much trouble NCLB is in. ALEC prefers to operate behind the scenes, so this press release is not a usual move for them. JB
