Re: Provocative Essay on Holding Schools Accountable



The operation of a "state review board" that operates "independently" of the SDE seems to me to run at worst the risk of a house divided and at best the prospect of endless negotiation among agencies about what to do. What would drive change in such an arrangement isn't clear to me at all.
