JK said that's where most of his experience has been at that  time.  I 
mentioned to him that variables of race, gender, national  origin and family 
background become more and more complex when we look at  individual families and 
situations, but there are many Florida communities in  North and Central Florida  
I have been to like Jennings and Sebring where  there is no hope for white and 
poor children, either.  I am sure he  would agree with us that this NASCAR, 
NRA-raised cohort is subjected to the same  conditions and has the same 
prospects as an inner city school or a barrio  upbringing.  
 
Comparatively, they have even less family support, less literacy and less  
access to the American dream.  Clinton's autobiography illustrates the  
importance of his mother, his grandparents, uncles and aunts and most  of all, his 
teachers.  One tends to forget that 42 came from a very  low ranking Arkansas 
education system.  When we contrast that  with 43's education, one wonders about 
the predictability of education, much  less testing !!!
