Jay has obviously forgotten Florida's state bird, especially now that the
rains have come back, the palmetto mosquito. Did his sample size include our
voucher and charter "schools"? The Manhattan Institute makes fun of Florida
when it's convenient for them. They forget the country owes Florida this
Administration. May be Art can chime in and repeat the mantra.
