Julie and Bob - I may be talking about things the two of you already know but I am
a strong advocate for the Learning Record (related Primary Language Record -
London) for primary assessment. We've also used with our beginning teachers The
Primary6 Program from Nebraska and Iowa Depts of Ed - good assessment stuff and
High Scope as well. Good luck - the accountability pressures are moving down
quickly to pre school. I also think Denny Taylor is a strong advocate in this
area.
