Geez, sorry for making an unwarranted assumption.  I thought I had ID'ed you
as a person the NCREST conference asking Deb Meier questions during the
presentation on Democracy.  Obviously, it was a case of mistaken identity.

As the saying goes, when you "assume", you make an "ass" of "U" and "me"!
