Hi George, I'm up to $7,000 and I'm way ahead of the guys
last time who shelled out $100,000 to get as far as I am

As I mentioned in a recent post, Lawrence Picus, a school finance
specialist, has worked out a system for determining the total cost of a
state assessment program. He actually computed the cost for Kentucky and
Vermont. He may have done other states as well, but I am not aware of those
analyses if they exist. He works for CRESST out of UCLA..
