NCLB status

I was going to pretend that I didn't read Art's response to my email, but as
is his talent, he pushed the button. I just need to have the last word on
why my school is in restructuring. IT IS because of the disabled subgroup,
not, as he says, because we failed to make progress in 6 years. I don't have
access to the records before 2002-2003, but that is when we were put into
this planning for restructuring category, and if you care to look, you will
see that 2 out of 19 categories were not met, and those 2 categories are
reading and math for the disabled subgroup.

Same thing happened the following school year, when we were put into
restructuring:

And this year, you can see we made AYP, because the state increased the
N-size to 40, where before it was 30, so our disabled subgroup was n/a
