I published some tests CPS had designed and was sued for $1 million for
"copyright infringement." The story landed, among other places, on page one of The
Wall Street Journal (May 21, 2001). You can read details, if interested, on
our website at www.substancenews.com. You need to go to the old website and
click on "Legal Fight." You can also Google me and get the decision of the Seventh
U.S. Circuit rejecting my first amendment claim. That decision was written by
the fascist Richard Posner.

As a result of all that, I was fired from teaching after 28 years at CPS
(mostly inner city high school). My name is currently on a DO NOT HIRE list at
CPS, which is honored by public schools in the suburbs.
