If Connecticut wants to shortchange its parents and children, people, in
say, Vermont should pick up the bill? Apart from Horn, where on earth do you
come up with stuff like this? This is precisely the argument that the NAACP
rejected so scathingly in arguing in federal court that Connecticut should quit
its whining and evasions and take responsibility for improving its schools.
The rest of your "machination" and "fetishistic" examples fall the same way.
