The Harvard Civil Rights Project and the Warren Institute co-sponsored a forum on NCLB last November. A number of excellent papers were presented that provide much valuable evidence about the problems and failures of NCLB. I had not looked in a while, but the papers are now on the website of the Warren Inst. Go to http://www.law.berkeley.edu/centers/ewi/research/k12equity/ and scroll down - there are two sections of papers on NCLB.
