With both "improvements," we end up with death. One is the death of a human being at the hands of the state. The other is the death of the democratic spirit of education at the hands of state. No, I'll pass on the suggestions to "improve" either, and I think I'll stick with the campaign to abolish both once and for all. Good luck to Carol Holst and the PUR-TAAS efforts.
