National assistance needed

Okay, guys and gals, I found my nephew's principal's email, among others. I
would like to find out if the credit for testing is a districtwide policy,
for one thing, but I'd also like a few well worded statements of concern from
around the nation. If anyone is so inclined ;-) I don't want any backlash
on my nephew, so just generic inquiry into the credit for testing and voices
of informed concern would be good. On the other hand, my nephew's been doing
all right so far. And my sister (being my sister) is no wimp!
