Race Gap Solved?

You've identified the main gap problems as underfunding
since they need to spend lots more money, not just some more
money than whites, and that if only white teachers didn't
stereotype black kids, they'd perform as well as whites.

So how much money would be enough, and do you have evidence that black
teachers do better than white teachers since they
don't stereotype.

And if there are no race or ethnic differences and all differences are
caused by mis-education, what causes the
white Asian gap, which is about half the size of the black
white gap, and about the same size for Chinese, Indian or
Jewish students?
