YES! Or if, like me, you have to reload your computer after a major
malfunction and need to have all those passwords sent to you that you forgot -- well,
AOL reads all those emails as spam and routes them to your spam folder and you
never get your password reminder email and you ask again and still don't get
it and you swear at the darned customer service person who won't send you your
password (but it's online so at least they didn't hear you) because it turns
out you then have multiple copies of your password sitting in you spam folder,
as requested, each and every time!

Check under Mail, Spam Folder.

The first thing to do is check your AOL spam/junk folder. What's happened
in recent months is that whenever AOL tweaks its filtering software it
sometimes starts --without warning-- filtering out legitimate listmail
that previously had been delivered to your inbox without problem.

If you check the junk folder and there's no ARN-L mail there, write me
backchannel and I'll investigate further.
