Right, Karen. So new teachers can't see any questions is advance, for fear they would teach to the test.

All second grade math questions are dictated (I suppose in an attempt to

factor out discrepancies in reading ability). Some language arts
questions
are also dictated, such as those requiring students to match the sounds
they hear in a word.

In any case, a teacher proctoring a test cannot avoid seeing at least
some
questions, since we are required at various times to ascertain that
students are working on the correct problem.
