Jerry - I see that Checker Finn is on the NCTQ board of directors. So  
is this new "groundbreaking study" about the quality of teacher prep  
likely to sound like deja vu all over again? I don't know anything  
about NCTQ, but does Finn's shadow make it difficult to guess?
