ARN logic is, to put it mildly, in a class by itself. For example, the NAACP wants CT to meet its reponsibilities under NCLB. Somehow I don't think NAACP buys your argument that NCLB is unconstitutional. Of course, compared to you what do they know about fairness, discimination, and opportunity for minority children?
