In Massachusetts, there is the Coalition for Authentic Reform in Education. To join that listserv, send an email to care-subscribe@egroups.com. I am told the message box should be empty (for aol, which insists on something in the message box, type a few characters, then delete them -- seems to work). More on CARE can be found on the web at http://www.fairtest.org/arn/masspage.html. Parents in Mass have also created a web and I think a listserv -- you should be able to link to it from the fairtest page.
