Oh! I see a better *moichindizin'* scheme (after M. Brooks, et al, and see *Plain Yogurt,
the Oracle's Reply* in *SpaceBalls: The Movie*) already, Monty.

Ramp this idea up and market it under current Funding schemes as a Magnet School whose
theme is *The Global Workforce: Creative Economies of Scale in the New World Order*.

Better yet, call it *empowerment* educational methods and have the neo-left fund it in the
next Congress as a partial solution to the *resource issue* (promises unmet) so boldly
evident in their *LNCB* accountability scam...

...LOOK fer it in yer next Federal RFP (Request for Proposals) or NOFTA (Notification of
Funding Availability), Folks, while trying to fund some of your work in the public and
private sectors these next several years... ;-} rap.
