When public school employees act blatantly against the best interests of parents and children, that is not "triage" -- that is behavior that is irrresponsible and unprofessional and directly against the letter and spirit of NCLB. Offering the kinds of phony analogies and word-games the way you did is an insult to parents and children and to public education. Art
