Responding to the request from Washington's Mothers Against WASL and Parent
Empowerment Network, FairTest is happy to be able to sponsor 10 Washington
students. MAW and PEN are asking testing reform activists to 'sponsor'
students -- who are at risk of not graduating due to incoming state test
(WASL) graduation requirements. The funds will support a class action lawsuit
against the WASL graduation test. Cooperating attorneys - Disability Rights
Advocates who have won such cases, plus a private firm - will also pitch in.
Please sponsor a student and thereby contribute to the war chest for the
class action lawsuit against the WASL.
