Monty is the administrator of this list.  I know he has had conversations with the one individual in the past.  My own opinion is that someone who does almost never agrees with the post of other people, who is opposed to much of the effort people here make to advance the cause of public education, probably does not belong here.  I note that like Bracey I almost never read the postings of one individual, unless they are  included in the responses posted by others.  

I am not the owner of the list.   Fairtest is.   And it is up to the management of Fairtest whether or not any particular person is outside the bounds of the purpose of this list.  Were I asked, I would suggest that one individual is counterproductive and even disruptive, and perhaps should be removed from the list of people able to post.  That does not prevent him from reading - the archives are public, which is why I sometimes post the complete content of posts here or pass them on to other people.   But there is one individual whose participation here as far as I can see adds nothing of value and causes so much stress and disruption that I would not object should Monty decide to prevent him form posting.
