Re: Open Letter to ARN Listserve Moderator/Admin

I am going to suggest that we not vote. I rarely read Art's posts, and when I do it is only to keep tabs on what the "opposition" is thinking. There have been a few times when Art has posted something articulate and well thought out, and though I never agree with him, I appreciate seeing a well reasoned argument for standardized testing and traditional approaches to education that privilege only learning that can be observed. I don't want to silence Art by banning him from the list, unless he reverts back to his inane one-liners or he posts too many times in one day. Unless he's taking up too much bandwidth, he's harmless, and in an odd sort of way, useful.

I knew the opening lines about my laziness were in jest - not to worry - at
least I did when I was linked to that other bum in Madison.

I am mulling this and will have a response to the general issue shortly.
